Hello!
I’m Mollie Giller, Principal of Giller Consulting Group. My work is all about collaborating with mission-driven organizations to raise funds, build capacity, strengthen partnerships, and operate strategically. I also help those with resources decide how to invest for greater impact. Through 15 years of nonprofit fundraising and leadership experience, I have honed a variety of skills that allow me to offer proven strategies and personalized support.

Experiences from working in leadership roles with Polk County Housing Trust Fund, Science Center of Iowa, EveryStep, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Des Moines.
An intentional approach to engaging diverse stakeholders in defining and implementing strategic fundraising or project plans.
A deep understanding of social issues and effective practices, having earned a Master of Public Health in Community and Behavioral Health degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Communications Studies and International Studies with a minor in Spanish.
A commitment to community service, with volunteer and board work focused on health, economic mobility, and justice.
